On May 20, fifth graders from Bethlehem Elementary School had a fantastic visit to the State Capitol in Hartford. They spent time learning about the history of Connecticut and the United States, as well as how the state government operates.

They were hosted State Senator Eric Berthel (R-32). They also met with State Representative Karen Reddington-Hughes (R-66), who met them outside the House Gallery on the 4th Floor and had a great discussion about the state government and its many functions.
